Refund Policy

Bright Hub default refund stance is strictly non-refundable for all registration and training programs unless an exception (as outlined below) is explicitly applicable. This includes the non-refundable registration fee of ₹1000, which once paid, triggers backend system assignments, mentor resource allocation, LMS configuration, and community onboarding operations. As such, no refund requests will be entertained under normal circumstances.

1. The Rationale Behind Our No-Refund Policy

Creating and managing Bright Hub learning ecosystem requires significant investment in human, technical, and intellectual resources. Upon payment, students are granted access or queued for:

  • LMS Dashboard and course infrastructure
  • Unique student profile and registration code generation
  • Assignment of domain-specific mentors and counselors
  • Backend initialization of certificate ID systems and project placeholders
  • Project setup for collaboration with partners like Unstop and Internshala
  • Access to the question bank, exam systems, feedback portals, and onboarding documentation

These processes consume server resources, incur setup costs, and initiate irreversible database configurations. For these reasons, once a registration is confirmed—even if the student chooses not to continue—the financial and operational costs borne by Bright Hub cannot be undone, hence the non-refundability of the registration fee.

2. Refund Eligibility (Exceptions)

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical issues: If you are unable to access the program due to technical problems on our end that cannot be resolved.
  • Program cancellation: Full refund if we cancel a program before it starts.
  • Duplicate payment: Full refund for any accidental duplicate charges.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • After receiving offer letter
  • After accessing more than 25% of the program content
  • If you have downloaded program materials
  • If a certificate has been issued
  • For promotional or discounted enrollments
  • Change of mind or personal circumstances
  • Violation of terms and conditions leading to account suspension
